The Finance & Administration Assistant supports the finance function by ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions, proper documentation, compliance with internal and donor regulations, and preparation of financial reports. The role also provides limited administrative support to ensure efficient internal operations.
Process payments, receipts, advances, and settlements in accordance with internal financial procedures.
Prepare and verify payment vouchers, ensuring completeness and compliance of supporting documents.
Maintain daily bookkeeping and ensure accurate financial coding in the accounting system.
Assist with monthly bank and cash reconciliations.
Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
Prepare and organize monthly financial files (digital and hard copies) in line with audit standards.
Assist in preparing expenditure reports, financial summaries, and budget follow-up sheets.
Follow up with external parties strictly for financial documentation purposes.
Support internal and external audits by organizing and preparing required documents.
Ensure compliance with donor financial regulations and internal control procedures.
Prepare official documents, letters, reports, forms, and internal templates.
Organize internal meetings, prepare minutes, and support document formatting and filing.
Maintain structured administrative filing systems for correspondence and official records.
Prepare administrative briefs and internal summaries for coordination and reporting.
Handle confidential administrative tasks in a professional and organized manner.

متطلبات الوظيفة
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
General Work Experience:
1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting (experience with INGOs is an asset).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (mandatory).
Knowledge of accounting systems such as Bisan, Odoo, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems is a strong advantage.
Good understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and internal control procedures.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
