Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

Accounts Payable (AP)

Manage and maintain supplier/vendor accounts.

Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Manage customer accounts.

Issue invoices,  track collections, and follow up on outstanding balances.

Inventory Monitoring

Track inventory levels and movements.

Reconcile inventory records with physical counts and reports.

Financial Statements

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Assist management with financial analysis and reporting.
