الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Accounting and financial management:
- Supervise general, analytical and budgetary accounting
- Ensure the regular and compliant maintenance of accounts
- Ensure the monthly, quarterly and annual closing
- Produce the financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, notes)
Tax and social security management:
- Ensuring compliance with tax and parafiscal obligations
- Supervise tax returns (IBS, TAP, VAT, IRG, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with social and financial legislation
- Managing relations with government agencies (DGI, CNAS, CASNOS)
Treasury and financing:
- Managing cash flow and financial flows
- develop and monitor cash flow plans
- Managing banking relationships and financing
- Optimize working capital requirements (WCR)
Management control and performance monitoring:
- prepare the budget forecasts
- Tracking discrepancies between forecasts and actual results
- Establish financial indicators (KPIs)
- Propose cost optimization actions
Strategic advice and reporting:
- Provide financial analyses to the General Management
- Participate in the company's strategic decisions
- Prepare periodic financial reports
- Supporting investment and development projects
Management et organisation:
- To supervise and coordinate the finance/accounting team
- Establish internal procedures and controls
- Ensure the team's skills development
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (4-year or 5-year degree) in Finance, Accounting, Management or Auditing
- Significant experience (5-10 years) in a similar position
- Good knowledge of the Algerian regulatory environment, nothing
