Job Description

* Plan, execute, and finalize external audit engagements in accordance with IFRS, ISA, and firm methodologies.

* Lead and perform audit fieldwork, including risk assessment, internal control evaluation, and substantive testing.

* Review financial statements and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

* Identify audit issues, assess risks, and provide practical recommendations to management.

* Prepare clear, well-structured audit reports and communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.

* Supervise, coach, and review the work of junior audit team members.

* Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of audit deliverables and resolve audit-related matters efficiently.

* Support audit managers and partners in engagement planning, budgeting, and client relationship management.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of external audit experience with one of the Big 4 audit firms.

* Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and audit methodologies.

* Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred (or in progress).

* Proven experience handling complex audit engagements and multiple clients.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

* Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and lead audit teams effectively.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit software/tools.
