Job :

• Lead the financial, accounting, and tax management of the company
• Ensure the development and monitoring of the budget, forecasts, and projections
• Implement and monitor monthly financial reports and performance dashboards
• Analyze budget variances and propose corrective actions
• Supervise the monthly and annual accounting closing
• Ensure regulatory, tax, and social compliance
• Manage treasury, financial flows, and banking relationships
• Supervise and support the finance/accounting team
• Participate in financial structuring projects, process optimization, and internal control
• Be a strategic partner to management in decision-making

Required profile :

Education & experience

• Higher education in finance, accounting, auditing, or management (Master's degree or equivalent)
• Proven experience (8 years or more) in a financial role, ideally in a structured or growing environment
• Team management experience strongly desired

Technical skills

• Excellent command of financial management, budgeting, and reporting
• Solid knowledge of general accounting, taxation, and regulatory standards
• Proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems
• Ability to analyze financial data and formulate strategic recommendations
• Good understanding of internal control and governance issues
