A leading retail company based in Ramallah are seeking a dedicated and organized HR & Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Help with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain employee records and ensure that the HR database is kept up-to-date.
- Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking.
- Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs.
- Issuing official letters.
- Administers the Insurance files.
- Answering employees’ Inquiries.
- Preparing reports & presentations for internal communications.
- Performs other duties as required.

Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or industrial engineering.
- Experience with MS Office applications.
- Ability to learn & perform under minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask and to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Time Management Skill.

- Attention to details and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
