Job Description
Record journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Participate in inventory counts and assist with reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial data when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
