الوصف الوظيفي
PRIMARY TASKS:
- Provide comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide high level of administrative and clerical support to the department.
- Undertakes special projects to meet the objectives of the department.
- Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in the accounting system.
- Process invoices, payments and expenses reports.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers and journals.
- Assist in performing bank reconciliation and updating daily cash flow records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities as directed by Manager - Accounting.
- . Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Assist in ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and reports as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial records and documents
- . Follows AMAS rules and regulations.
- Undertake other duties as required by the Manager - Accounting.
المهارات
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
