الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of financial information to management.

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies to maintain the integrity of financial records.

  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with financial institutions and internal departments, enhancing the accuracy of financial reporting.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, receipts, and payments to facilitate smooth audits and financial reviews.

  • Prepare accurate bills, quotations, and invoices in a timely manner

  • Maintain and reconcile accounting records; prepare financial reports

  • Present accounting and financial data effectively using PowerPoint presentations

  • Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure timely reporting

  • Review weekly reports from various financial departments (Fuel, Store, etc.) for expense control and proper finalization • Support revenue analysis, expense controlling, and audit requirements

  • Coordinate with auditors and support audit field activities

  • Lead and coordinate with accounting team members to ensure smooth operations

  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and audit-ready records

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred to establish a solid foundation in financial principles.

  • Certification such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or similar is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.

  • At least 6 years of experience in an accounting role or similar environment, providing hands-on familiarity with financial operations.

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in the accounting sector.

  • Proven experience in invoice preparation, billing, and reconciliation.

  • Audit field experience and ability to support internal/external audits.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (reporting & reconciliation).

  • Ability to prepare financial reports and present them professionally by PowerPoint presentation.

  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and pressure-handling skills.

  • Experience in mining accounts is an advantage.

  • Team leadership and coordination skills.
