Assist in preparing financial statements and reports to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of financial information to management.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies to maintain the integrity of financial records.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with financial institutions and internal departments, enhancing the accuracy of financial reporting.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, receipts, and payments to facilitate smooth audits and financial reviews.
Prepare accurate bills, quotations, and invoices in a timely manner
Maintain and reconcile accounting records; prepare financial reports
Present accounting and financial data effectively using PowerPoint presentations
Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure timely reporting
Review weekly reports from various financial departments (Fuel, Store, etc.) for expense control and proper finalization • Support revenue analysis, expense controlling, and audit requirements
Coordinate with auditors and support audit field activities
Lead and coordinate with accounting team members to ensure smooth operations
Maintain proper accounting documentation and audit-ready records

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred to establish a solid foundation in financial principles.
Certification such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or similar is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
At least 6 years of experience in an accounting role or similar environment, providing hands-on familiarity with financial operations.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in the accounting sector.
Proven experience in invoice preparation, billing, and reconciliation.
Audit field experience and ability to support internal/external audits.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (reporting & reconciliation).
Ability to prepare financial reports and present them professionally by PowerPoint presentation.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and pressure-handling skills.
Experience in mining accounts is an advantage.
Team leadership and coordination skills.
