About Beats Arena Beats Arena is a growing sports business operating padel courts, football fields, and sports academies. We manage daily operations, memberships, tournaments, academies, and retail-related activities, and we are looking for a highly responsible accountant to fully own the financial side of the business.

???? Role Overview We are hiring a hands-on, detail-oriented Accountant to manage all financial, accounting, and inventory operations across Beats Arena businesses (Padel, Football & Academies). This role requires strong follow-up skills, full accountability, and physical presence in 6th of October City.

???? Key Responsibilities Financial & Accounting Manage daily accounting operations for all business units (Padel, Football, Academies) Record and reconcile all revenues, expenses, and cash movements Handle monthly closings, trial balances, and financial reports Manage accounts payable & receivable Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and bank transactions Prepare management reports for owners (monthly & quarterly) Coordinate with external auditors & tax consultants Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax regulations (VAT, WHT, etc.)

Inventory & Purchasing Fully manage inventory control (sports equipment, academy supplies, retail items) Track purchases, suppliers, invoices, and payments Ensure stock accuracy and regular inventory audits Monitor usage, wastage, and cost optimization Match inventory movements with financial records

Operations Support Follow up with operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting Control contracts, rentals, and service agreements Assist management with budgeting and cost control Identify financial risks and improvement opportunities

✅ Requirements Must-Have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance3–7 years of relevant accounting experience Experience handling multiple business activities (preferably sports, hospitality, retail, or services) Strong experience in inventory accounting & purchasing Very strong follow-up and organizational skills High level of responsibility, honesty, and attention to detail Physically located in 6th of October City (or able to commute daily) Good Excel skills (pivot tables, reports, reconciliations)

Nice to Have Experience with ERP or accounting systems Previous experience in sports clubs, academies, or multi-branch businesses Understanding of cost control & budgeting
