Job Description

• Lead Accounting team to Prepare assets, liabilities, and capital account entries 
• Communication with Malls - vendors - shipping lines and others
• Preparing and submitting of tax returns
• Calculating shipments and relevant costs
• Settlement vendors outstanding installments
• Payroll & commission processing
• Follow up CAPEX & Operation EXP
• Assist in Cash planning process
• Payments revision 
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts
• Process sales reports for RAA Global & RAA Trading Kenya
• Assist in external audit in official financial position
• Audit Firms follow up for year end closing
• Monthly closing & Preparing financial statements

Job Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience
• Very Good level of English is Must 
• Proficiency in Excel 
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership and team management skills
