Key Responsibilities:
- Financial & Commercial Management
- Establish and manage client-specific budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor monthly financial performance against budgets and take corrective actions for deviations.
- Negotiate rates with customers aligned to profitability targets; maintain and update customer rate sheets.
- Maintain P&L ownership for assigned key accounts and approve financial templates and commercial setups in operational systems.
- Manage receivables, credit exposure, and outstanding balances; issue and approve D365 calculations, including volume forecasts and value realization.
Operational Excellence
- Define, implement, monitor, and review operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with operations to improve processes, procedures, and service quality.
- Ensure client-specific SOPs are maintained and regularly updated; monitor data quality and performance standards.
Client Relationship & Account Growth
- Manage client expectations by balancing service delivery with profitability.
- Identify and drive account growth opportunities across all business lines.
- Support B2B and B2C sales initiatives with timely involvement of relevant stakeholders.
- Own and manage senior-level client relationships per ProcureNet s standards.
- Develop client case studies and success stories for internal and external use.
Knowledge Sharing & Market Insight
- Gather and share best practices internally and externally; translate into tangible client benefits.
- Keep clients informed of market developments and industry trends.
- Support the training and development of colleagues by sharing expertise.
Risk & Compliance Management
- Ensure all client and supplier contracts and agreements are valid, compliant, and signed.
- Maintain records of damages and potential claims; proactively inform management.
- Identify and mitigate commercial, operational, and financial risks; ensure compliance with PNS policies.
Escalation & Problem Resolution
- Act as primary escalation point for key account issues; coordinate resolution with operations and support teams.
- Escalate critical risks impacting client relationships or profitability.
Strategic Planning & Development
- Complete negotiations focusing on sustainable profitability; maintain Base Case financial models for accounts.
- Develop and execute account development and strategic plans with 3 5 year growth horizons.
- Support wider PNS business with industry insights and implementation of newly secured business.
Culture & Values
- Reinforce PNS Group culture, values, and reputation; ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5 10 years of relevant experience in account management.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics.
