Job DescriptionPosition Overview

As part of our outsourced client services team, the General Accountant will deliver professional accounting support to multiple client organizations.
This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and seamless integration with each client’s operations.
Acting as a trusted partner, the accountant will manage day-to-day financial activities while providing insights that help clients make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary accounting contact for assigned client portfolios.
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions across client accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements tailored to client needs.
Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and intercompany balances for clients.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable cycles, ensuring timely processing.
Support client budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and client-specific policies.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation on behalf of clients.
Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
Identify and resolve discrepancies, proactively advising clients on corrective actions.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency for clients.

Job RequirementsQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse client stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) is a plus for Egypt-based client services.
