تفاصيل الوظيفةDuties and Responsibilities

Keeping track of financial records and maintaining accurate financial records.

Taking charge of accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Preparing year-end financial statements.

Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.

Examining expenses submitted by employees.

Analysing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue.

Manage all accounting transactions.

Prepare budget forecasts.

Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes.

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile petty cash account.

Ensure timely bank payments transactions.

Audit financial transactions and documents.

Comply with financial policies and regulations .

Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.

Performing other duties that may be assigned to you by the Management.

***Proficient in accounting softwares (Zoho, Indraaj, Quickbooks).

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

2 to 3 years of experience in accounting.

*** Strong familiarity with Accounting Softwares (Zoho, Quickbooks, Indraaj..etc) and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

strong communication skills in English both written and oral fluency
