We are seeking an experienced Accountant with strong tax compliance, banking, and administrative experience to manage daily accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support overall financial and office administration.

Responsibilities

Perform bookkeeping, maintain chart of accounts, post journal entries, and prepare financial reports with ERP system

Reconcile petty cash, credit/debit card, and bank transactions

Manage project invoicing and collections

Coordinate with vendors, clients, regulatory authorities, and support internal compliance procedures

Handle banking activities including transfers, bank guarantees, letters of credit (LC), fixed deposits and liaise with banks on documentation

Manage tax registrations, file tax returns, process refunds, and ensure compliance with tax regulations

Support and coordinate financial audits with external auditors

Maintain organized financial and statutory records and handle general administrative tasks

Requirements

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Previous experience with ERP system

2-3 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably with VAT compliance experience

Strong knowledge of GCC accounting standards and tax regulations.

Familiarity with VAT and Corporate Tax returns, registrations, and refunds

Proficient in MS Office applications

Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills

UAE Driver's License preferred
