JOB TITLE

Account Payable Excellence Process Manager | MAF Global Solutions | Finance

ROLE SUMMARY

The APEX Process Manager will Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes under the APEX (Accounts Payable Excellence) Tower — covering both upstream (PR → PO → GRN → Invoice) and downstream (Invoice → Payment) cycles. The role ensures compliance, visibility, and process integrity across all OpCos through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and transformation initiatives aligned with the APEX governance framework.

ROLE PROFILE

• Oversee the full AP lifecycle from requisition to payment ensuring process accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Lead preparation of monthly governance dashboards and SLA reports, highlighting process gaps and corrective actions.
• Ensure all escalations are logged, tracked, and closed with documented RCA and stakeholder validation.
• Identify systemic issues (e.g., aged GRNs, unmatched POs, payment delays) and drive cross-functional RCA.
• Partner with Procurement & IT to improve integration and streamline end-to-end P2P processes.
• Engage regularly with OpCo finance teams to ensure alignment on open items, backlog status, and compliance actions.
• Lead or contribute to APEX-driven transformation sprints (legacy backlog clearing, automation testing, or SOP updates).
• Provide insights to management and business stakeholders on recurring challenges and process trends.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 6–8 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or P2P operations within a shared services or transformation environment.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Continuous improvement and transformation mindset.
• Ability to manage escalations with composure and influence.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
