Job :

In a context of sustained growth and strategic structuring, you will play a key role in the financial management of the organization. As such, you will be responsible for the reliability of accounting and financial information, while actively contributing to the optimization of internal performance and processes.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Supervise general and analytical accounting, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data
  • Lead the preparation of financial statements and tax declarations in compliance with current standards
  • Manage treasury, optimize financial flows, and maintain relationships with banking partners
  • Oversee monthly and annual closings within deadlines
  • Analyze budget variances and propose relevant corrective actions
  • Participate in the development of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Lead, support, and develop an accounting team
  • Ensure continuous regulatory and tax monitoring
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of accounting and financial processes

Required profile :

Holding a Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally in Management, Accounting, or Finance, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills:

- Mastery of general, analytical, and tax accounting

- Good knowledge of IFRS standards and Moroccan regulations

- Proficiency with IT tools and accounting software

- Strong financial analysis and budget management skills

- Leadership and team management experience

Qualities:

Rigor, organization, proactivity, analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
