Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in New Cairo. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day accounting tasks, including preparing and examining financial records, analyzing financial statements, performing audits, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will oversee regulatory compliance, participate in budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial analysis and reporting to management.

Qualifications

* Main Responsibilities and Tasks.

* Journal management: Accurately record all daily financial operations in records and accounting systems (e.g. income and expenses).

* Document follow-up: Checking invoices and other financial documents and entering them into the system.

* Cash and payment management: dealing with cash and managing banking transactions, in addition to following up the settlement of supplier accounts.

* Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, and analysis of expenditures and revenues.

* Bank reconciliations: Matching bank statements to ensure the accuracy of numbers.

* Auditing and Compliance: Reviewing compliance with the approved financial policies and procedures of the branch and the company.
