Key Responsibilities (Scope of Work)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

• Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with labor laws

• Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

• Handle employee relations, inquiries, and conflict resolution

• Coordinate training and development initiatives

• Support performance management processes

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all HR-related activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Specific Vacancy Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in HR or a similar role

• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

• Good command of English (written and spoken)

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
