We operate with strict discipline that leaves no room for margin, and we expect the exact same from our financial team.+4Role Description We are seeking a highly disciplined and tech-savvy Senior Accountant to take full ownership of our financial ecosystem. This is not a traditional data-entry role. We need a proactive professional who understands accounting architecture, masters ERP systems, and takes aggressive ownership of our cash flow. You will be directly responsible for the entire billing cycle—from issuing precise client invoices to relentlessly following up on receivables and ensuring timely debt collection. Key Responsibilities Invoicing & Claims Management: Accurately generating, auditing, and submitting financial claims and invoices to corporate clients on time, without delays or errors.

Debt Collection & Receivables (A/R): Proactively tracking client accounts, following up on outstanding debts, and managing Deferred Payment Agreements to ensure healthy and continuous cash flow.

ERP Mastery & Automation: Full management and daily operation of Zoho Books and Odoo (Accounting modules). You must automate workflows to eliminate manual errors and ensure "Real-Time" financial tracking. System Architecture: Designing and maintaining a robust Chart of Accounts (COA) tailored to a high-volume logistics and IT business model.

Complex Revenue Management: Recording and reconciling diverse payment structures, including prepaid wallet top-ups and real-time online payments.+1Financial Reporting: Extracting precise financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) directly from the system. Daily Operations & Reconciliation: Precise recording of daily expenses and fleet operational costs. Conducting rigorous bank and inter-company reconciliations to ensure zero discrepancies. Compliance & Tax: Preparing accurate VAT filings and ensuring full compliance with ZATCA and local financial regulations. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of solid, hands-on accounting experience (Experience in logistics, transportation, or IT is highly preferred). Software Expertise: Pro-level proficiency in Zoho Books and Odoo is a non-negotiable requirement. Technical Skills: Mastery of MS Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and Data cleaning). Language: Excellent professional English (Written & Verbal) is mandatory for financial reporting and client communications. Accounting Logic: Deep understanding of IFRS/GAAP, with the ability to build financial structures and fix historical data inconsistencies. Location & Mobility: Must be based in Saudi Arabia with a valid transferable Iqama and a valid Saudi Driving License. Candidate Profile Meticulous & Organized: You have a "zero-error" mindset.
