Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing delivery company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices, financial reporting, and cost control, with the ability to manage financial operations efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections

• Monitor daily financial transactions related to delivery operations

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data

• Manage payroll processing and employee expense tracking

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies

• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes

• Analyze costs and recommend improvements to enhance profitability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)

• 5–10 years of proven experience in accounting (experience in logistics or delivery companies is a plus)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is an advantage

• Experience with ERP systems
