Job :

Join our dynamic company operating in the automotive sector, based in the Tangier Free Zone. We are looking for a Financial Controller with strong expertise in treasury management, asset management, CAPEX control, inventory management, and balance sheet optimization. The ideal candidate will also have experience in process digitalization and internal audit, as well as strategic skills allowing them to act as a true business partner within the company.

Main Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Asset Control

• Manage treasury operations, ensuring optimal liquidity and appropriate financing.
• Control and analyze fixed assets, CAPEX, and inventory to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Evaluate and improve balance sheet financial ratios to ensure financial stability.
• Supervise and optimize working capital requirements (BFR) to reduce financial costs.

Internal Audit & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with accounting and financial policies.
• Coordinate and conduct internal audits, identifying risks and areas for improvement.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.

Digitalization & Process Improvement

• Lead the automation and digitalization of financial processes to improve efficiency.
• Develop advanced reporting tools for better financial steering.
• Ensure smooth integration of SAP (FI, CO modules) and other digital platforms within the finance function.

Business Partnering & Reporting

• Act as a strategic business partner, providing relevant financial analysis for decision-making.
• Prepare detailed reports on financial performance, profitability, and resource optimization.
• Contribute to strategic planning and support management decisions.

Profile Sought
Education & Experience

• Degree from Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Finance, Management, Economics, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management control, internal audit, or asset management.
• Solid expertise in treasury management, working capital, and CAPEX control.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SAP (FI, CO modules) and digital financial reporting tools.
• Ability to lead financial digitalization projects.
• Strong skills in financial analysis and balance sheet ratio control.
• Very good professional English level.

Behavioral Skills

• Proactive, dynamic profile with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing strategic decisions.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively across teams.
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.

Required profile :

Your academic background has ideally led you to a Master's degree level (Bac +5 and above), with a recognized specialization in Management, Accounting, or Finance.

You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles, ideally gained in the automotive sector or within a multinational environment.

• Mastery of accounting and financial techniques.
• Solid skills in financial analysis and modeling.
• Excellent knowledge of IT tools, particularly Excel and SAP/BI software.
• Ability to summarize and present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is appreciated.
