Job Overview
The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health and performance of Facilities Management operations, focusing on cash flow planning, cost control, and accurate financial reporting. The role also ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while strengthening financial controls and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cash Flow Management & Working Capital Control
• Develop and manage cash flow forecasts, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.
• Monitor and control Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) cycles.
• Implement strategies to optimize collections and payment processes.
2. Cost Control & Financial Efficiency
• Establish and monitor cost control mechanisms across operations.
• Analyze cost drivers and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to approved budgets and highlight variances.
3. Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Planning
• Lead the planning, budgeting, and monitoring of CAPEX.
• Evaluate investment proposals and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Track utilization and returns on capital investments.
4. Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy in accounting records and financial statements.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
5. MIS & Financial Analysis
• Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Provide actionable insights through financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for management.
6. ERP Implementation & Process Improvement
• Support ERP implementation, upgrades, or enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure smooth system integration.
• Drive automation and efficiency in financial processes.
7. Policies & Procedures
• Develop, standardize, and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks.
• Ensure consistency and compliance across all financial operations.
8. Tax Compliance
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations (e.g., VAT, Corporate Tax).
• Coordinate with external advisors and authorities where required.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the business.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or CMA is a must.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, particularly IFRS, and financial reporting practices.
• Proven experience in cash flow management, cost control, and budgeting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (implementation or upgrades preferred).
• Good understanding of UAE tax regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
