A leading company in tires manufacturing sector is seeking a General Accountant to join their finance team.
The General Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting financial reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain general ledger and perform account reconciliations Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-3 years of experience in general accounting Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles (GAAP) Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and within a team Good communication skills Attractive Package Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-3 years of experience in general accounting Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Excellent organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
