Description

A leading company in the tires manufacturing sector is seeking a General Accountant to join their finance team. The General Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledger and perform account reconciliations
• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in general accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles (GAAP)
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Good communication skills

Requirements
