Responsibilities:Daily POS-to-ERP sales postings to ensure timely and accurate recording of retail transactions.). Cash and card reconciliation across all stores, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies. Store cash deposit tracking, ensuring deposits are properly recorded, monitored, and reported. Customer account management, including invoicing, collections, and resolving account-related issues. Loyalty program accounting, ensuring accurate recognition of points, rewards, and related transactions. Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities by preparing AR reports. Support audits and compliance requirements specific to the retail and fashion industry. Collaborate with store managers, operations, and finance teams to improve AR processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in accounts receivable, preferably within the retail or fashion industry. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and POS integration. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
