Join Hyatt Place as a Security Manager!

We are excited to announce the opening of Hyatt Place Al Ula, a new milestone in Hyatt’s expansion in the region. This location will feature 215 guestrooms, along with two food and beverage outlets, meeting spaces, and facilities including a swimming pool and fitness center designed for both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role:

As the Security Manager, you will oversee all security operations to ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and property. You will be instrumental in developing effective security procedures and managing a dedicated security team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce security procedures and emergency response plans.
• Supervise the security team, coordinating shifts and assignments.
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular inspections of the premises.
• Respond to incidents, investigate security issues, and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security management, preferably in hospitality or large facilities.
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
• Good knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent reporting skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Physically fit, able to work flexible shifts.
