Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Accountant based in Cairo. The General Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, handling accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling transactions. The role also includes monitoring budgets, generating financial reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure financial transparency and accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge in financial accounting, budgeting, and auditing
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and financial systems
• Attention to detail, accuracy in financial documentation, and strong organizational skills
• Effective communication and collaboration, ability to work well within a team
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage
• Fluency in English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
