Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and oversee all financial and accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate accounting and demonstrate the ability to manage financial activities, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency Prepare and present timely financial statements and management reports Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team Collaborate with senior management to support financial planning and business strategy Requirements 7–10 years of experience in accounting, with proven experience in real estate accounting (essential) Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance Demonstrated ability to manage accounting functions and financial operations Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
