We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant</b> to join a growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general accounting, month-end closing, and exposure to sales and receivables processes. This role requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities</b>

Assist in daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
</p></li>

Handle sales and receivables accounting, including invoicing, payment tracking, and customer account reconciliation.
</p></li>

Prepare and update accounting schedules, reports, and financial summaries as required.
</p></li>

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate posting of transactions.
</p></li>

Assist with audit preparation and provide necessary documentation to internal/external auditors.
</p></li>

Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and relevant financial regulations.
</p></li>

Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.

Requirements</h3>
</h2>

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles, including general accounting and month-end closing procedures.
</p></li>

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or any related field.</p></li>

Experience with sales and receivables accounting is preferred.
</p></li>

A Finance or Accountancy license is an advantage.
</p></li>

Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is highly desirable.
</p></li>

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
</p></li>

Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
</p></li>

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
</p></li>

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
