Ecolab is seeking a Sr Accountant II to join our Finance this position you will be responsible for developing financial statements and reports enabling successful monthend closure and reporting.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Preparation of financial statements (P&L BS and Statement of Cash Flows).
• Responsible for internal and external audits.
• Carry out monthend closing activities.
• Managing daytoday all GL accounting & addocs activities.
• Responsible for submitting all GAAP reporting requirements for US head office.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations assuring complex schedules are matched with Ecolab policy.
• Reviewing Fixed Assets additions & depreciation.
• Monitor daily cash management issues and liaise with banks when required.
• Prepare cash forecasts and adhoc treasury reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.
• 46 years of relevant experience within reputable organizations.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Strong local tax knowledge.
• Professional certification such as CPA CMA or IFRS are highly desirable.
• Advanced skills in MS excel
• Experience in managing audits.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
