Job Description

• Monitor and control inventory movements including all inbound and outbound transactions.
• Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions in line with approved inventory procedures.
• Follow up on stock levels to ensure availability of materials required for production.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform regular inventory checks, reconciliations, and support physical stock counts.
• Investigate and report inventory variances and discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation for all inventory movements.
• Support costing team with accurate inventory data impacting cost calculations.
• Prepare regular stock control and inventory reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in stock control / inventory accounting within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control procedures.
• Industrial / manufacturing background is a must.
• Good command of English language.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow up with multiple departments related to production operations.
• ERP / SAP experience is a plus.
