We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices and will assist with day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting senior staff in audits and month-end closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Help with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded properly.
• Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and ledgers to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support with accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update accounting records and documentation.
• Prepare basic financial reports, summarizing financial performance for review by senior accounting staff.
• Support the accounting team in internal and external audits.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant financial data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
