Ensure the financial and accounting management of the Company's portfolio (Financial and treasury management, General accounting, Monitoring and control of the preparation of balance sheets for sites under the Company's jurisdiction, Balance sheet consolidation, Financial analysis and budget planning)

• To define and propose the financial strategy
• Implement financial mechanisms to achieve the strategic goals and objectives set by the Group
• Research and negotiate financing for operations and development.
• Follow the financing plans and ensure loan repayments
• Ensure the financial management of the investment portfolio.
• Ensuring the management and maintenance of regulatory shareholder records, transfers and dividend distributions. Stock Exchange
• Monitor the company's equity transactions
• Monitor, control and analyze the balance sheets and financial statements of entities, and of investments in joint venture companies
• Manage the company's cash flow and foreign exchange budget.
• To ensure the guidance, preparation, implementation and monitoring of the new IFRS accounting system
• To ensure and monitor the preparation of financial statements for management entities
• Monitor and oversee the lifting of reservations made by the auditors
• Monitor inventory counts
• Track debt recovery
• Ensuring the Consolidation of the Group's Balance Sheet
• to periodically prepare financial analyses
• Prepare, with regard to the Finance and Accounting activity, all files relating to the Management Review
• to develop and propose procedures relating to finance and accounting

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Management or equivalent

• Management et leadership
• Strong analytical and data synthesis skills
• A sense of rigor and reliability in decision-making
• Strong ability to work across departments and excellent communication skills
