Buzjany Construction Co. is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support the company’s financial operations, with a specific focus on the unique accounting requirements of legal practice. This role involves assisting with daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate client and firm financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensuring all journal entries are accurate, performs complex bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and maintains the overall integrity of the financial records.
• Management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) workflows. 
• Optimizing cash flow through timely collections and payments, as well as assisting with or overseeing the accuracy of payroll processing and tax withholdings.
• Process client payments and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Analyze and address any inconsistencies or compliance concerns identified within financial documents.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
