Overview:

We are looking for AP Accountant ( Medical Insurance ) to join our finance team.

The role focuses on recording and reviewing provider claims, managing expense requests, handling COGS and A/P entries, and ensuring compliance with tax and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Recording COGS and A/P transactions in Odoo system.
• Reviewing provider claims with e-invoices and issuing PVP for payments.
• Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual reports (A/P aging, COGS analysis, expenses, VAT, withholding tax).
• Participating in financial analysis and audits (quarterly & annual).
• Supporting management with required financial reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare or insurance companies.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, reporting, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
