Our client is a Dubai-based real estate development company specializing in high-quality residential projects. 

The Financial Analyst will support the financial analysis, modeling, and planning of real estate development projects. The role requires hands-on involvement in project feasibility assessments, budgeting, and interaction with investors and internal stakeholders.

 The team operates in a dynamic, fast-growing environment with a strong focus on financial discipline and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for new and existing real estate development projects

• Support investment analysis, project feasibility studies, and scenario modeling

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and materials for investors and senior management

• Participate in discussions with investors and external partners as required

• Support management in financial decision-making related to development activities

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Professional Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following environments:

• Local real estate development company

• Top-tier consulting firms (e.g. McKinsey, BCG)

• Leading investment banks (e.g. Goldman Sachs)

• Big4 audit or advisory firms (considered as a last option)

Languages

• Russian – mandatory (fluent)

• English – fluent (spoken and written)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Experience with real estate development economics is highly preferred

• High attention to detail and structured approach to problem-solving

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication and presentation skills
