Job Description

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and documented.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management review.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax filings and statutory reports.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices in accounting operations.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records, supporting data integrity and audit readiness.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite setting.
