Job Description

Company: Hamasat for Perfumes & Cosmetics 

Department: Branches Inventory 

Reports To: Head of Inventory Control - CFO 

Employment Type: Full-time 

Location: Obour City 

Role Purpose

• The Inventory Accountant is responsible for conducting regular inventory counts across company branches and retail outlets, ensuring accurate reporting of stock levels, and reconciling quantities with financial records. 
• The role supports branch operations and provides management with reliable inventory data to maintain smooth operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation for all branches and retail outlets 
• Track stock at branch and maintain accurate records 
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the Senior Accountant 
• Maintain and update inventory data in Excel and ERP/accounting systems 
• Prepare inventory reports for management and assist in audits

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory management or stock accounting 
• Preferably with experience in retail or store-level inventory 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel 
• Familiarity with online and offline accounting/inventory software is a plus
