Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Supervise day-to-day financial operations, including all accounting and financial reporting activities to ensure organizational health.

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Oversee AR, AP, GL, and Fixed Assets (FA) functions, guaranteeing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to local sales tax and income tax regulations, specifically meeting all ISTD requirements.

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive financial statements and analyze performance to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

• Audit & Internal Controls: Lead internal and external audit processes while implementing robust financial controls to mitigate risk and prevent fraud.

• Cash Flow & Budgeting: Monitor budgets and manage cash flow meticulously to maintain financial stability and operational efficiency.

• Team Development: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance environment capable of meeting strict deadlines under pressure.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum BA in Finance or Accounting.

• Experience: At least 7 years of progressive experience in accounting.

• Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.

• Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.

• Availability: Preference for candidates who can join immediately or within a 30-day notice period.

• Location: Candidates must currently reside inside Jordan.

Package & Schedule

• Salary Range: JOD 1,500 2,000 monthly (Total Package).

• Working Days: 5 days per week.

• Reporting to: Finance Director.
